Sobre el puesto

Osso Corporation runs a fleet of car haulers across the 48 states. You'll be the person who makes sure every driver, truck, and load meets FMCSA and company safety standards.

What you'll do:

Build and maintain driver qualification files: applications, MVRs, medical cards, road tests, and annual reviews
Manage DOT drug and alcohol testing, including random selections and Clearinghouse queries
Audit ELD logs for hours-of-service violations and coach drivers on corrections
Monitor CSA/SMS scores and roadside inspection results, and lead corrective action
Track truck and trailer inspections, registrations, permits, and IFTA records
Coordinate accident and cargo damage reports with insurance and drivers
Run new-driver orientation and ongoing safety training

Lo que necesita

[2+] years of safety, compliance, or fleet administration experience in trucking
Working knowledge of FMCSA regulations (Parts 382, 391, 395, 396)
Experience with ELD platforms and the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse
Strong organization and record-keeping; comfortable with audits
Clear communication with drivers, dispatch, and insurance carriers
Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
